The Sidmouth Trust aims to contribute to the positive evolution of Sidmouth and its surroundings, ensuring its future as a wonderful place to work, live and visit.
Sidmouth’s natural beauty, its many historical buildings, the seafront and the surrounding countryside undoubtedly need to be maintained and supported. The aim of The Sidmouth Trust, however, is not just to preserve the past but to look to the future.
Our purpose is to support the development and delivery of innovative projects which will radically improve Sidmouth and the Sid Valley and benefit all those who live and work in it and visit for generations to come.
Without additional help, our town will struggle to achieve the significant strides required to really make a difference.

Bequests
Many people prefer to make bequests in their Wills. If you would like to do this, we suggest that you speak directly to your solicitor to make the neccessary arrangements. The Sidmouth Trust is a Registered Charity so all donations/bequests will be free of Inheritance Tax.
Gift Aid
If you are a UK tax payer and make a donation to The Sidmouth Trust, we can claim Gift Aid. Gift Aid is great because it means we get extra money added to your donation from HMRC at absolutely no cost to you. So, for every £1 you donate, the charity receives £1.25 when you add Gift Aid.
